Prologue, Chapters, Epilogue, About the Author

If you use an image to spruce up chapter headings, apply style “Chapter graphic break” to it.

Apply style “Chapter heading, 3” to the sub-sub-heading.

Apply style “Chapter heading, 2” to the sub-heading.

Apply style “Chapter heading, 1” to the main heading.įor chapters (the others don’t usually have sub-headings):.

When Jutoh creates the TOC, it ads bookmarks to the top of each document. If we have another book in the series, copy from that one instead as there will be less to update.

Load Template.jutoh in the root of the skydrive, copy the copyright text to your book, update as needed (book title, author, etc).
